We’re really excited about this update – finally we can put something into your hands that we've been working on for a long time.
With your feedback, we’ve completely redesigned the Citi Mobile® experience. Our vision? To create an app that is tailored to you, fast to load and easy to use.
What's new?
For customers who hold only credit cards
• Log in with just your password or fingerprint. The app is securely and invisibly locked to your User ID.
• View balances, transactions, statements and available credit limit right under the images of your cards.
• Convert large purchases or card statements into instalment plans straight from a transaction or the statement view.
• Temporarily lock your card or reset your ATM PIN with a simple tap in Settings.
• View and search for any transaction you made in the last 12 months.
For customers with credit cards and bank accounts
Pick any credit card from your current overview screen and we’ll take you straight to the new Citi cards experience.
We're now working very hard to extend it to your other banking products too.
For customers without credit cards
As we started this redesign with credit cards only, we apologize that you won’t be seeing any changes yet, but we promise it will be soon.
Our goal is to create the best banking experience and we’ve only just begun. So let us know if there's anything you'd like us to change or add, and help us build an experience you love.
